Founded in 1854, Whanganui Collegiate School is a coeducational, 7-day-a-week boarding and day school in Whanganui catering for students from Years 9 to 13. It has been providing first class education for 170 years. WCS seeks to be the first-choice co-educational boarding and day school in New Zealand. To equip students with the confidence and skills needed for a challenging future, developing their knowledge and character to be of great influence.
Residential Gap Tutor
Applications are always welcomed for residential tutors. Please note, only applications from University graduates will be accepted. Graduates from all faculties who wish to spend an enriching year working as a tutor in one of the six boarding houses, coaching sports, attending camps, providing learning support, engaging in cultural and music events and doing some administration are encouraged to apply. The role is for one year, from July to June and is a paid live-in position.
